I assumed my US-Canada plan would allow my data to work in the US. Calls work, but no data/texts and there are no cellular data options to turn on roaming in the settings. What am I doing wrong here?

and if you have another phone, test the sim card there
if same , ask support agent to check you can submit by direct message:

try reboot the phone and try Reset All Networks

hi @Matt75 what phone do you have?
make sure you enable mobile roaming data on your phone
Make sure you connect to T-Mobile, At&T or Verizon and use 4G or LTE instead of 5G
