For a few weeks now I am unable to get signal inside my house or inside my car. This never used to happen and I thought it was my phone. So I bought a new phone and it still happening. My husband is also having similar issues. we have been with public mobile for a couple of years and this has never happened why is this happening all of a sudden as this is very detrimental to my business.

My phone is a de googled android. I did not have those settings you outlined. But I did have something that when turned on allows wifi to boost cell signal? I turned it on and so far, the little x over my cellular "triangle" at the top of my screen, is now gone, at least inside the house. Driving will likely be a different story. If I have the issue driving I will have to leave PM for another provider. I just don't get why service was just fine for almost 2 years and in the last 6+ weeks it's been awful.

what phone you have?
To change network mode on iPhone:
Settings. -> Mobile Service.-> Mobile Data Options - > Voice & Data.
then try the different network mode, 3g, 4g, 5g On
For android:
Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Network Mode.
Choose your preferred Network Mode

We have also had issues the last month. Have always had reliable service. Dropped calls. Extensive dead zones while driving. Been a challenge.

There are times when adjustments are made to the network, or when a particular cell site under maintenance. While not a permanent fix, I would suggest to try different network types by setting them in your phone's menu to see if that makes any difference.
