*No Sim Card* Message

Rickilicious

Today, my phone does not recognize my Sim card anymore.

It was working fine until today...

Is it possible the sim card needs to be replaced?

1. Check your PM account and confirm it is Active!
2. Remove SIM, clean contacts, blow some dry air into phone's SIM slot to remove potential dust, insert SIM back (do all this after turning phone off).
3. Try your SIM in another phone to determine if it is SIM failure.
4. Try any other active SIM in your phone to eliminate phone failure.

@Rickilicious

did you recently buy a used cellphone from someone ? Could be reported stolen or blacklisted. If thats the case...you need a new phone.
