I have already paid for the plan but there is no signal on the sim card, this is not a new service I was already using it in the past but now when I try to use the phone it was not working.

Is your phone and sim card working now? Otherwise I was going to suggest contacting customer support to reprovision your sim card with a small possibility that your sim card just died and you would need a replacement sim card?

Did you try to reboot phone? Reset network settings? Re-seat SIM? Try SIM in another phone?

When was the last time you use this phone on PM network and was working?
or this phone has never work on PM network before?
