@Mark58 , last time this happened to me, autopay failed for an unexplained reason (once in 3 years), it took about an hour for service to be restored, hang in there a little longer 🤞

@Mark58 does your phone showing it connected to the network now?
did you check if Mobile network work?
and how you paid? did you use *611 or My Account?
If you paid via My Account, try to login My Account again using Incognito mode and check the status again, make sure it shows Active. Also check Payment History page and confirm PM took the money and used it towards renewal
If you paid by *611, wait 15 minutes, reboot and check again. If it still does not work , try to pay again by My Account
