I inserted the SIM card and did not get service. I assume the service is the same as TELUS? Please help!!!

Also, phones can be unlocked for free now. Might want to do that just in case you travel and need to pop in a SIM there

It is probably the activation isnt complete properly. mod is the only fix now.

Login to your self-serve account and see if everything looks ok. If you can't login to your account, there might have been some error during activation. In this case, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.

Yes, I activated my SIM card and I was charged for it. So I go home tonight and inserted it into my iPhone 6 but it indicated 'no network'. I had my phone was unlocked months ago when I was in Britain. I was with Telus.

@sabumbeejay Did you activate the sim? If yes, did you get charged? Did you receive any errors? Is your phone unlocked or locked to Telus/Koodo?
