There is an atmospheric river on the westcoast so lots of flooding and power outages. Check the outage map to see if you are effected.

When you say down... in what way? Does it say SOS in the top corner? Have you tried dialing 611 to see if it says your account is active? Have you tried rebooting your phone or trying your SIM card in a different phone? Also, here's a link to Telus Outages. Maybe there is an issue in your area? https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages

you checked My Account and it said account active?
reboot your phone, try sim on another phone
or message PM to confirm account status
