No Service area/mobile network unavailable

I live in Ottawa. Since yesterday, I am unable to connect to the network - I get No Service area/mobile network unavailable probably 80% of the time. My partner has public mobile and has no issues. I have been with public mobile for like 4-5 years, and never experienced this before.

Is there a known issue at the moment?

your issue could be related (although it said problem with voice and in Quebec, but I think it is more serious than that)

but you have 2 phones and 2 sim, try to put yours into your  partner's phone
