No Service, any areas of the Network down right now?

I am in the north east area of the GTA and have service here.

I get that periodically. I currently have service, but I often go through periods without service. Sometimes it lasts a few minutes, sometimes an hour. It hasn't been nearly as bad lately as it was a year ago, but it still happens from time to time.
