No Service Can't Submit Support Ticket

HI

I cant make any calls and likely are not receiving them either.  Get 6UT1 message number not in service.  Get this f or every number I try to call.  Just started this morning.

Tried to submit a support ticket but the page won't let me click on anything and there is submit button visible.  Can anyone help please?
