No Service Again!

Hello, 

My phone has no service again! I just topped up my phone a week or so ago using a prepaid card. Can someone help me please. I need my phone tomorrow for business!

hi @pistolpete_1981 login  my account and confirm if account still active 

if it is? reboot the phone and test.  Click Reset All Networks and test 

put sim in another phone and test

No I cannot log into my account again. says Unauthorized access / Accès non autorisé

Public is under telus, if you have no telus towers near your area then signal is going to be hit or miss, drive to somewhere local and if it's working there then signal at your house is probably just bad. 

 

If it's not working at all then open a ticket with an agent and they'll answer you. You'd get a notification on your account when you log in if your plan wasn't active
