My SIM card is inserted into my iphone but for some reason it shows up as "No SIM"
On top of that, terrible terrible service when I called in to get help. This woman directly hung up on me after being asked to repeat what she was saying.
Hoping to get this problem resolved as soon as possible.

Someone else mentioned that they put a piece of paper behind the sim so that it was tighter against the contacts in the phone and that fixed it for them.

I have tried to turn on and off airplane mode, and turn my phone on and off but it hasn't worked.

1.activate your sim card by yourself,
2.use a unlocked phone.
3.try rebooting
4.it will take 10 m -2 hrs.

Did you activate your sim card on active.publicmobile.ca? What were the steps that you took so far? It's just so we have a better understanding of what the situation is.

My phone is unlocked, and I have tried it in another phone- it still doesn't work.

There is no phone support with public mobile. What carrier did you come from and is your iPhone unlocked? Have you tried your SIM in another phone if you have access to it?
