The subjected sign has been on my phone and my contact information on my SIM was disappeared.  How can I solve this problem.

HI @ZZOPPA   Did you try to put your sim card in another phone?

Also, do you ever use SIM pin?

turn off device take out SIM card and reinsert back turn on.

and Check the Status of Your Device in that website

How check IMEI number  Dial *#06# on your phone.

use browser from computer,clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

your account status is Active.

Looks like a phone failure to me.  SIM cards are much more reliable than the phone.  It is easy to check which actually failed.

That is not good. It looks like SIM failure. 😞

Try SIM in some other phone. If it fails look on Internet if there is some kind of SIM recovery app.
