If the lost/stolen trick does not work, you could try to manually load $1 to your account. This is another trick that seems to re-set/re-start your account/SIM.

@apt514, your account is showing as active. I see 5GB data available for use and there's funds in the account. I suggest trying the lost phone, found phone toggle to see if that will fix the plan feature issue. In between the toggle, either reboot the phone or leave it off. Wait a minute or two between the steps.
