I have lost network service and I do not know why. When I try to make a call it says to take my phone off airplane mode, however it is not in airplane mode. My device says no sim card, but there is definitely one in there. I am a newer customer, but service has been fine for the first couple of weeks. My account status is active.

@jpearson009 - if other suggestions is not working, just restarting your device and ensure you have the latest software installed on your device.
If still issues, try:
*check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
*check your Self Serve account under the Change Sim Card feature and check that the 4 digits there match the actual 4 digits on your SIM card itself.
If the match - Good!. If they do not match, please report back here.

Your phone shouldn't say to take off airplane mode if it's not in airplane mode. Maybe try using the SIM in another phone, since the issue sounds like it's somehow related to your phone, whether because of the airplane mode issue, or the SIM reader being the problem.

@jpearson009 , if your phone is unable to detect the presence of a SIM card then the problem is likely with the SIM reader. If your phone is able to detect the SIM card but there is no network connection, then some troubleshooting on this end is warranted. Did you try reseating the SIM card?
