No Network Connection

My phone is connected to Public Mobile, but it says "no connection."
I've tried restarting my phone, and resetting the network connections, but no luck.

I can't text, make phone calls, or use data.

Telus is now reporting that they have identified a failure in their network affecting southeastern Manitoba.

"The cause of the issue has been identified, and equipment to support repair efforts are being sourced. There is currently no estimated time of restoration."

I am here in Steinbach MB and from this morning I have also experienced no network in phone for Public Mobile.

Also in South Manitoba here, and I am experiencing notably low signal strength and sometimes complete outage.

DownDetector.ca is showing show issues in the Telus family ATM but nothing like last evening's problem.I've been OK in central-eastern ON all morning. Big Red and Big Blue situation is much worse this noon hour.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm in southern Manitoba, so no outages are listed for that region. At least, not yet.

Sounds like a genuine local outage.  There was a data outage reported yesterday.  I am not seeing any issues in the GTA at the moment.

are you a new PM customer...did you attempt to port your number from previous network ? Can you try that sim in a different cellphone ?
