I do not have access to the internet since yesterday and ive tried reseting my phone by removing my sim card and battery back.

Did you also restart your phone?
Make sure to check your APN settings and to enable mobile data.

@Jcarlsilva Access selfserve and make sure the data counter is displayed on your overview page. If not, then it means that you have used up all your data.

Log into My Account...does your plan show as Active or something else ? When is your plan renewal date ? You prolly run outta data.
If you log into My Account and check Data and Add-ons...if you don't see data mentioned..that means it's been used up.
