Its been 3 days since my data hasn't worked. 

My data is turned on so that is not the issue lol

 

Any ideas?

 

If it doesn't change soon might have to look for another service provider.  Normally works fine for things that I do, like weather etc.

@OneshotSo Oneshot...we work around that by doing one or all of the above. I clicked the Quote button after clicking the Reply button of the individual post. I also tagged you with the @ sign which by default gives you a notification up top with the bell icon. And least useful, just your username.

More details would be helpful.  Ie. which plan? 

If you still have data in your overview page(add on section), few things to try:

reboot phone

network reset

toggle airplane mode on, then off.  

 

If you have no data left, either wait for next renewal, buy a data add on or switch to another plan immediately (forfeit whatever remaining in your account).  You could renew your plan earlier but you will need moderator help.  

@Oneshot You could try such things as enable updates only on WiFi . Disable background apps from using data . Check your phone to see your data usage and which apps may be the culprits.  Also check your usage in your self service /my account .  If you still have a problem with the data disappearing, then contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

Sounds like you've consumed all your data. If you don't see a data line in your add-ons area then it's done.
