Hi everyone,
Is there any outage issues or something going on with the network? Got a "No Internet Access" icon on my phone. Restarted a few times, and turned on/off the mobile network and still nothing. Everything was fine about 30 mins ago.

Working fine in Ontario..Hope you get your service back Have you tried shutting phone down, remove sim, replace and turning back on. Sometimes this works

@msquires22, can you go into your self serve account and confirm that data has not been used up, mobile data has not been turned off on the phone, APN settings have not been altered. Also are you getting a connection onto the wireless network?

Restarted a few times, turned wifi on/off a few times, and even turned Airplane Mode on/off to see if it helped trigger it.
No wifi access here in the building to try (not till lunch time)

Not here. I'm in pei, what area are you in? Is it an area you usually expect good service?
