Hello I transferred my number from PC mobile to Public Mobile. The number got transferred, but only outgoing calls work & data sometimes. I am not able to receive calls or send and receive text messages. What can I do?

Try a few more times maybe. Same number but the lady answering me was very nice and got the issue solved quickly.

Sometimes from 1 agents to the next, they might be able to help. Some agents are instructed to only assist Koodo clients however Public Mobile is also under the Telus umbrella. There are quite a few Public Mobile clients that have been able to get assistance from the Koodo Porting Team. Perhaps you can try calling again later on and maybe you'll fall upon another agent that can assist you further
