I am a new subscriber to Public Mobile and am using an ESIM . My phone is working , but, I have no Data.
I am on the US-Mexico-Canada plan. Have tried to find answers using the chat line -but no success.
Has anyone else in Halifax area had a similar problem? What Data Speed could we get in this area...3G, Lte or4G???

@Moomba13 , to troubleshoot the data issue, please check that mobile data is enabled and that any usage limits if set have not been triggered. Finally check the APN settings.

Might want to try a simple reboot of your phone. If that does not work, a network reset of phone might also help (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).
Which model phone do you have? Sometimes you will need to adjust your APN settings for data to work properly.
