Hi. @CS_Agent ! Thanks for your help previously. My plan renewed a couple days ago. But it seems like I only had the remaining data from the previous period judging by my usage statistics on my phone and account. My account currently says I have lots of available data, an active account and no balance owing. But I can't get data service on my iPhone 6 right now, at all! The SMS and Phone still works.

Try a Simple Fix Reboot your device if you changed your pland or ran out from your previous month it may just need a simple reboot to solve your issue.

@Fraser as @ShawnC13 mentioned, there is a glitch that can prevent some "3G" speed data plans from resetting properly during the renewal process. Please go ahead and use his link to contact the moderator team for help, if you haven't already. They are aware of the issue and know how to manually reset your data for you as a workaround for now.

@Fraser, do you have one of the 3G data plans? There has been an issue with these plans reloading the data at renewal time. You will need to private message a Moderator.
