Try a Simple Fix Reboot your device if you changed your pland or ran out from your previous month it may just need a simple reboot to solve your issue. Thanks
The new structure worked Perfect just signedup my Girlfriends phone and it was much easier then the last structure that create a bug in my plan when I signed up my phone and had to get a Mod to fix my plan. way to go keep up the good work.!!
