Hello! I recently changed my to the promotional $40 with 4.5 of 3G Data. The costomer service representative told me that, i will keep all my options on the old plan. The only change is that, i can no longer have access to the "TECHNICAL SUPPORT" But unfortuneltely, that was not the cause. Actuecly, i do not have second line. Everytime i receive a second call it goes straight to voice message. I request, an immediate rectification of that in 48 Hours or i will be switching to another carrier after 72 hour.

Call waiting should be enabled on your account, it is a standard feature with public mobile. You may need to disable and enable the setting on your phone to see if that works, go to phone settings to find the option. Let us know what type of phone you have and we can help you find the setting if you cannot.
If it still doesn't work, I'd recommend contacting the community moderators to see what is wrong with your account.
