Hello
When I try to make a phone call, I get a message that there is no active plan on my account. My credit card was compromised and I had to enter a new card - so maybe this has caused the break in service. I am fully paid up and the new card is on file - and I still cannot make calls.
Can you please let me know if I should do anything else to regain service?

Thanks - rebooting did the trick - it's like my phone had to re-initialize the service.

@mdl_info Maybe try to reboot the phone , and are you putting a 1 in front of the contact
