His old account or profile here was DuncanRob. He started a new community account with DuncanValley. He wanted customer service to combine the two accounts together and use the DuncanValley as the primary. This was completed. Hence the reason you can't find DuncanRob.

they usually do not allow people changing name. 

but you can try asking PM and give them a valid reason, like if you used your actually name before, then they will allow name to be changed.

to ask PM, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

I meant change from another nickname (DuncanRob) to DuncanValley. I’d asked an agent how to do this but hadn’t heard back. I guess the agent  went ahead and made the change. Thx

if you meant "DuncanValley" you used here, then sorry, you cannot change that

PM allowed us to freely changed that before.  But for the very short time they allowed that, people abused it and hence they stopped letting allowing people to change name since

There is nowhere to change a nick name. You can always ask customer service if they are willing, it's their call.
