I was switching my wife’s cell provider from Rogers to Public. I accidentally entered my IMEI when I should have entered hers. Rogers has switched over to Public but now neither phone is working. What do I do now?
I meant change from another nickname (DuncanRob) to DuncanValley. I’d asked an agent how to do this but hadn’t heard back. I guess the agent went ahead and made the change. Thx
I figured out the problem. I installed the Public eSIM into my phone instead of my wife’s. Now, I’ve got both Rogers and Public on my phone and my wife does have a provider.
