Hi

My nexus 5 wifi stopped working after installing PM sim. Wont connect to wifi any more. Any suggestions.

@GEMINIMAN2005 do the network reset as suggested by @gpixel  and use the following APN settings. Which Nexus 5 ? Google or LG?

@GEMINIMAN2005 Take your sim out does your wifi work now?I would be very surprised if it did

@GEMINIMAN2005 Issue is either with your phone or its software. Sim can't block your WiFi.

@GEMINIMAN2005  A sim card can't make your Wi-Fi stop working. Public Mobile doesn't block Wi-Fi usage. This would either be a device or software issue.

I'm not sure which android version you're on but it should be similar

open settings
scroll down to system
tap on reset options
tap reset wifi,mobile & Bluetooth
tap reset settings and restart

Turn off your phone for a minute.  Then, tune it back on and let PM SIM card to configure your phone.  Report result.
