New user from Bell Mobility

My daughter used my refer a friend code to join Public Mobile. There were significant issues transferring from Bell Mobility - thankfully she works for a fraud department. Turns out Bell Mobility account had been hacked!  If she gad ported to Public with the info given by Bell her Public Mobile account would not have been hers!!!

Thanks for reaching out so quickly!!  Bell has been a nightmare for us. She thinks to resolve it she may have set up 2 public mobile accounts. I forwarded her the email you sent me for her to reply to.

@NorthernLights  So she did get ported over to public mobile ? And for the one time $10 credit it should appear in her available funds with in 72 hours after activation . If it’s not there after 3 days have her contact support to ensure it’s been applied correctly and add it for her if needed 

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

so, issue is resolved? or you need to update the porting info for PM for a successful port?
