Switched to Public Mobile last week. Phone service seems to work, but I cannot log in to Soft Serve. I wrote down the password when I was setting up the account. I definitely tried logging in using the right password, but I got an error message every single time. Tried resetting password, but the system didn't let me. Now I got an error message saying "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help."

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
