Hello,
I seem to be having the same problem others are experiencing.
I have never been able to log on to my account. I get the following error message when I try to sign in to my account "Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again." The reset password email link I received is expired.
I emailed PM on Nov 19 - but it sounds like this is the best way to get the issue resolved.
Looking for any help to figure this out.

I would try to reset my password as soon as I got the email, but it still said expired.
I private messaged a mod, emailed through the "contact us" button and tweeted. I did receive help through twitter yesterday (10 days, for those who are waiting for help). They reset my password for me, ported my number in and gave me a credit on my account for the days service was not available.

If you used the "Contact Us" button to reach Public Mobile, try sending a private message to any moderator with your phone number and an explanation. It may be several days before they get to you.

If you sent a private message, try the Contact Us route. If you do receive the reset email you only have a few hours before it expires.

I just logged in now, Nov 22, 2016. Seems to be working for me (Toronto, ON).
Hope it gets resolved for you.
