I subscribed a $40 plan with 50% off for 2 years. First I was asked to pay $20 plus tax = $22.6. A confirmation email was sent to me and ask me to port my number and activate my plan. I followed the instructions going to the last step. When the line is activated, immediately I received a message telling me that my subscription was expired and asked me to update my payment information and pay again for $22.6. I thought I might have provided wrong info in my last transaction. I updated my payment information and paid again. Later I checked my card and found that I was charged twice. And I checked my plan details and found that my plan didn’t have the 50% off promotion rate. Please help

it is a bit confusing with the 50% off offer, many experienced activation issue. So, there is no quick way and you need PM support agent to help.
