when subscribing , will not accept my address ( I've lived here for 36 years ) what's my next step ?

try to type out the address slowly and let the auto-lookup to try to find the address
or ask PM support agent to add the address to the system, you can submit ticket by direct message:

the address won't be confirmed by Public Mobile so try an address close by.
