You cannot ADD new SIM; you can replace existing with new one -swap SIM.

@Craigleclair are you trying to replace a broke sim card with a new one on an existing PM account?
If you are, you will need to use a computer (desktop or laptop) to login to My Account to do it. (There is a problem with the mobile site, so using a phone or tablet to request Change sim card on My Account won't work)
On a desktop/laptop computer, login to My Account, click Change sim card from Quick Links menu on top right and follow the steps

To contact a Customer Support Agent, @Craigleclair , there are 2 methods:
Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Craigleclair - are you just trying to replace/swap your existing sim number with a new one?
You can do that yourself in your My Account.

Edit, if you meant you wanted to add a 2nd account to an existing account, you cannot do that. You need to use a different/unique email for each account. So you would need to go through the regular activation process to activate a new account.
