When was this SIM ordered? 

As it might take upto 10 business days to arrive, there is no live phone number to call, you can certainly open a ticket with support to track your SIM by clicking the blurb on the bottom right and follow the prompts.

how long you have ordered?  if it is less than 1 weeks, that is normal.  Just wait and the SIM will come in the mail
