my phone got stolen so I obviously do not have access to my old phone. I have two step verification activated I guess so I’m trying to change the SIM card but it’s making me send a text to the number to verify that I’m changing the SIM card, but I don’t have access to that phone number now I went on the app I entered it four times like they said it didn’t let me verify by email. I also went online and I tried to switch my phone number to my new number so I could verify it that way and it also didn’t work. Does anybody know how I can fix this

Normally you have the option to send the 2FA code by email when you click Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code. If this isn’t showing.. You will need to contact a CS_Agent.

if the system does not want to send the 2FA to email, you will need to ask PM to update the sim card number for you.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
