It says I have 5G and LTE, but my data is not working nothing will load and my messages do not work. Please help.

or you can test your sim card with another phone if you have a physical sim
and of course, you can ask PM to check your account. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Everything is working, but my data. It was just working last night. For some reason it has stopped working today. I tried rebooting resetting my phone nothing has worked.

if you are a new subscriber, make sure you removed the old sim card and esim. Also, check to make sure Public Mobile sim is the only one enabled and set as Primary. You can then Reboot phone and Reset network settings
after that, check data again, and check of voice calls and text are both working, both incoming and outgoing text are working
