New port request needed

Hi I transferred from virgin mobile, they sent me a text to transfer however I lost my SIM card. I called virgin and they said my request to transferred expired and I need a new port request sent to them and I can get a manual transfer.

@Shells   Was it done with Virgin allows you to port without the SMS validation?

I got it all worked out. Had it all done manually on the phone

Since you threw away your Virgin SIM away. It looks like you will have to pick a new number rather than porting.

You need the Virgin SIM to confirm a SMS text from them that you are porting over to PM.

 

But contact the PM CSAgent by creating a ticket on the SIMon chat button.

Also you can submit a ticket to CSA for help, this is SMS specific:
