Im still waiting for a reply from my ticket number 299385-444 on 2024-06-27. The issue isn't its my 3rd time that's I have updated my subscription to the 50 GB for $34 I get confirmation to begin next month but it never happens.

It happens to me before once, I had a plan change for the next renewal, and it didn’t go through, so, the following months, I changed it manually on the last day of plan by select the plan and select change now, I was lucky that the plan was available at that time

I would suggest you get confirmation from an agent and not get charged multiple times.

Just want to add my current plan is $34 for 20GB so it's same amount just the GB is more, unsure if this is causing a problem?
