I have requested to change my plan from 10GB 3G speed $50 to 8GB 4G speed.
As I didn't want to waste my money, I selected "Change plan on renewal date".
My renewal date is today (October 29). But the old (10 GB 3G plan) was still applied today.
I don't want to wait for one month more and also don't want to spend additional money to abandon the current one.
Please change my plan to 8GB 4G plan.

You're right. I checked that it changed successfully with Incognito mode.
Also appreciate for letting me know the new plan. I requested the new plan for next cycle!!

It is most likely a cache issue, that doesn't seem to be going away at all, you may refresh it now and see the new plan and when you sign in next week it will show the old plan again, so just be mindful of that and always refresh. As suggested you may want to go with the plan suggested by @softech . You could also set that to next plan change if the new plan is indeed active as of today, just make sure you take a screenshot to cover yourself

@wise80 it could be cache issue. Try logging in with Incognito mode and see if it was changed
there is now a better plan, $40 for 15GB. Maybe schedule it for next cycle if it got changed to the new plan already

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

You might be accessing old, not refreshed page.
