Hi @JoJo80 , did you go through the online SIM card activation with a never before used public mobile SIM card?

 

If you did, and your credit card was charged and can you log into My Account to see if the status is Active?

Try one or more of the below:

  • *turn off your phone, then reboot
  • *removing your SIM, then reinserting it
  • *go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
  • *perform a reset network settings on your device
  • *try your SIM card into another compatible phone...this could rule out a device issue/setting.
  • *Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.
  • *Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

  1. Tap on the menu options.
  2. Select the checkbox against the Desktop site.
  3. and clear cache and cookies and use one page incognito.
