I can't access my account, I can't buy a plan or check my data

also change the community email address by yourself  My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)

to keep all accounts for same email for rewards,

If you can’t remember your email address on your account. You can conduct a search there will be a Welcome to PM on the email used.

If that fails, you will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account through SIMon Chatbot or private messaging.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, To Login Page

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

@Shahriarghorban hi did you try clearing your cache and cookies? you can also try another browser in private or incognito mode reboot your device and try to login again

@Shahriarghorban - you need to activate a never before used public mobile sim card to be able to 'buy a plan'.

Activate here:  https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

 

But then you said "check my data", so this leads me to think you already have an activated sim card and a chosen plan, is that right?

 

Try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device.

But best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in incognito mode then log in this way.

Note - If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.
