If chose and paid for a Canada-wide calling plan, but the activation system someone erroneously gave you a provincial calling plan, a moderator will need to make a repair to your account to get you on the proper plan. I would also suggest that you ask for the long distance add-on to be refund, since it sounds like you may have only added it to try to get things working.

If you ordered and paid for Canada wide calling, it seems the activation was not completed properly. Follow the earlier suggestion to contact the moderators. Be sure to request a refund/credit for the add-on unless you want it anyway.

Hi,
Did you go through the 2-step process when purchasing the add-on? First add the funds, and then make the purchase.
Did the phone work prior to the plan change? Purchasing an add-on should not affect the current plan.
