How do I set up or transfer my eSIM and phone number from my old phone to my new phone?

You will need to download the PM app on your new phone.  Login into your PM account. Purchase an eSIM (which should be free) and then eSIM will be installed on your new phone.  The old eSIM will be deactivated.
