I bought a new phone as I broke my old one, how do I get my esim on the new phone?

yes @Illumineye basically you are putting a new sim for the same account. That's why logging into PM app with the same account login and that is important
if you have trouble logging in, ask PM support agent for help

Will I still have my same subscription from my old phone though, like will the plan transfer over to the new one?

hi @Illumineye
download PM app on the new phone and login. For 2FA step, click Resend Code and choose either Send email or Send Voice message (for voice message, call yourself to retrieve the voice message from another phone)
after you logged in, go to Account and Purchase SIM and choose esim
But if you cannot login My Account, then ask PM support agent to help
