Do you have a questions about new phone numbers? The message that you've posted appears to be blank. During activation, you'll have the option to choose a number. If you're a current customer, you can log into your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca and within the Plans&Add-Ons area, there is an option to change your phone number if that's what you're trying to do. Please note that a phone number can only be changed a maximum of once every 30 days.

@chrispynewf more information please. Are you asking how to change your number? If so PM allows one change per 30 days. Log in to account and click change number. Orange Arrow on picture below.
