Good morning I did change my phone number recently with public mobile is there a way you guys can send a refresh to my phone so my Sim manger can show my new phone number and my about phone too

this is a usually a device fixable issue.  But if you tried already, you might want to ask PM to reprovision the sim 

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

I did that and it did not work is there any other way to resolve it

you can do the refresh yourself.  Please click Reset Network Settings on your phone after a device reboot

and if iPhone, check the My Number on the Settings menu and you can remove the number and then update it after a reboot
