Hi I see an offer when I’m logged into my account to use the code pmdata10, but when I click on “redeem now” it doesn’t work… how can I make it work?

did you try using the browser and login to My Account, go to Subscription & Add-on page and add the code there?
and you have a plan $24 or more?
