New number Call failed?

Hi,

I just signed up a couple days ago, was given a new number…can’t make a call?

Did you port your phone number over to PM ?

Check your account status in your self serve account.  Can you receive calls or texts ?

Try shutting down and phone and then turn it back on.

@Loveslupins  was outgoing calls ever work?  was it working when you first joined and just stopped today?  how about incoming calls?

 

what is showing on top of the phone screen? does it show Public Mobile?  How about Signal level?

 

did you try reboot your phone??

What is your plan? $15 plan? If so log in to your account and see if you have any outgoing calling left. If not you may want to purchase the $5/500 min calling add on.

can you do try reseat the SIM card

1.power off your device

2.take out the SIM card,

3.wipe it clean SIM card,

4.put it back and power on,

5.toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset, didn't work. At least try it,

only work after reseating the SIM card.

 

can you try it selecting the network to "3G ONLY"

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on.
