Hi Guys,
I got my service activated a couple of the back, but still don't how to get the shipping refund. Could someone guide me please? I will be very glad. Oh no, I'm glad cause so far my service is the best. No problem at all.

Just be sure to also include the sim order number along with your new PM phone number in that email for shipping refund.

You should get it the same way you paid for it. I paid with a credit card, and just got the money credited back.

Just send an email to rebate@publicmobile.ca with your activated phone Number and you'll probably get the refund within a week or 7 days. Use your personal email address to send your mail. Welcome on board and enjoy your service.
